Costas Efstathiou received the B.S. degree in Physics and the M.S. degree in Electronics both from the University of Athens, Greece. He also has a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Thessaloniki, Greece. Then he worked for the Research Institute of the Greek Air Force, the Greek Government and for the Hellenic Telecommunications Organization. Since1994 he holds a Professor position in the Department of Informatics of the Technological Institute of Athens. He is the owner of an International Patent and the author of several scientific articles in referred International Journals and Proceedings of International Conferences. He also serves as a reviewer in several well-known conferences and international journals.
