Konstantinos Efstathiou

Constantinos Efstathiou received his Bachelor degree in Physics and his MSc degree in Electronic Engineering, both from the University of Athens. Ηe also received a PhD degree in Computer Science from the University of Thessaloniki.

He has worked as computer engineer in the Research Center of the Hellenic Air Force, in the Department of Informatics Development of the Greek Government and in the Data Communication Department of the Hellenic Telecommunication Organization. He also worked as a professor in the Department of Informatics of the Technological and Educational Institute of Athens.

From 2018 he holds a professor position in the Department of Informatics and Computer Engineering of the University of West Attica, Greece. He has taught several courses on Digital Systems, Microprocessors, Computer Architecture and Organization, Mechatronics and Telecommunication Systems in undergraduate and graduate level.

His research interests include Computer Arithmetic, Computer Architecture, VLSI system design and testing, nanotechnologies and Telecommunication Systems. He is the owner of an International Patent and the author of several scientific articles in International Journals and proceedings of International Conferences. He also serves as an invited reviewer in International Conferences and Journals and as a member in the Program Comities of International Conferences.
