Description

The aim of the course is the familiarization of students with the basic principles of robotics, which is a constantly evolving, modern and “multi-discipline” science, with significant implications for all areas of human activity. Emphasis is given to the description and analysis of industrial robots, since they are basic tools within contemporary industrial production. The syllabus includes: Introduction to robotics, Structural and functional units of industrial robots, Applications of robotics, Coordinate systems, Straight and reverse kinetic analysis of robotic positioning, Dynamic analysis of robotic positioning, Track designing for robotic positioning, Robot control, Sensors for robots, Programming of robots.
