Christos Skourlas is a professor at the Department of Informatics and Computer Engineering of the University of West Attica (1989-). He holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Informatics, from the University of Athens. He was with the National Documentation Centre of Greece as an analyst-programmer, and as head of the Systems (1983-9). He was also with the Nuclear Research Centre “Demokritos” as a research assistant (1977-82). Christos Skourlas is head of the lab “Data, Information and Knowledge Management (InfoDat_KM)”. He participates as a coordinator and key researcher in European and national funded research and development projects. His research work is published in international journals and conferences proceedings.
